The City of Fredericton is repairing a water main on lower Maliseet Dr; the roadway will be closed for 5-6 hours.
There may be fluctuations in water pressure and discoloured water in affected parts of the community. Please do not be alarmed by any discoloured water, it poses no safety risk. (Members should refrain from washing laundry, particularly whites if in the affected area, as it may cause temporary discolouration.) Once repairs are finished, members who notice any change in colour are encouraged to run a tap until normal clarity is restored.
City crews are onsite! Please avoid the area until their work is complete. Woliwon!
The issue is now resolved; if your water looks cloudy, run a tap for a few minutes until it runs clear again.
The Garrison Night Market is seeking new vendors for the 2023 season! Indigenous vendors are especially encouraged to apply. Applications for all vendors are due March 10th.
