Retail Sales Maintenance Manager

Full-Time

The Maintenance Manager of St. Mary’s Retail Sales is responsible for performing the necessary duties to ensure the proper maintenance, repair and safety of Band-Owned Businesses, properties, buildings, offices and equipment. They will direct and supervise the maintenance staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of Management experience.
• Budgeting, Computer Skills, Communication skills both written & oral
• Must have a Clean Drivers Abstract & valid license
• Experience with Lawn Care & Snow Removal
• Must be willing to work various shifts (Days, Nights & Weekends)
• WHIMIS or other Health & safety course consider an asset
• 10) Carpentry skills, able to complete minor repairs or builds an asset
• Competent in problem solving, planning and decision making
• Ability to identify, address and resolve technical issues and problems
• Time management skills, prioritizing and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload
