The Bee Kind Summer Safety Day was big a success here at St. Mary’s First Nation!

The Health Team hosted their annual summer safety day today, and it was a wonderful event. The day started with a super fun parade through the community, a virtual draw for some cool prizes and ended with snow cones and cool swag!

A message from Kelly Gallagher, Health Director for St. Mary’s First Nation: What a wonderful Summer Safety Day. Woliwon to all the Health staff for all their hard work and great planning. The parade was so much fun. Woliwon to Chief, Nathan, Shasta, Erica, Cody, Mark, and Shelley for being part of our parade. You made a great parade even greater. The bubbles were fun for everyone. Woliwon to Mason and Cyrus for making the snow cones. Woliwon to Joe and William for your help carrying ice for us. And last but not least Fredericton City Police and the Fredericton Fire Department. Without all of you this wouldn’t be the great success it is. A lot of happy kids today.
