Job Description

Wolastoq Casino is seeking professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Blackjack Dealers to join their Table Games team. The role involves delivering an exceptional gaming experience while ensuring game integrity, accuracy, and compliance with casino policies and gaming regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal blackjack games according to established rules and procedures
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and engaging demeanor with guests
• Accurately handle chips, payouts, and buy-ins
• Protect the integrity of the game and follow all internal controls
• Identify and report irregular play or suspicious activity
• Provide excellent customer service while managing game pace
• Comply with all gaming regulations, policies, and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• Completion of a recognized Blackjack Dealer Training Program or equivalent experience
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Must meet all provincial gaming licensing requirements
